Paradigm Acquires GoldenEar to Expand Premium Audio Portfolio
Mississauga, Ontario – Paradigm, a global leader in premium audio manufacturing, has announced the acquisition of GoldenEar, a renowned name in high-performance audio. Effective January 1, 2025, GoldenEar will rebrand as GoldenEar Studio Inc. and join Paradigm’s family of brands, including Anthem and MartinLogan.

GoldenEar has built a strong reputation with its award-winning products, such as the Triton Reference, Triton One, and SuperSub series. The acquisition leverages Paradigm’s engineering expertise and manufacturing capabilities to expand GoldenEar’s offerings and market reach. GoldenEar will temporarily pause business operations from January 1 to January 31, 2025, to ensure a smooth transition. Orders will not be processed during this period, but warranties and service support will remain intact. Operations are set to resume on February 3, 2025, with no interruption to Paradigm’s existing services.
PML Sound International emphasized its dedication to preserving GoldenEar’s legacy while introducing innovative enhancements. Customers and dealers can expect continuity in product quality and customer service.
